Latest Update: Hyundai i20 N-Line is set to get its first rival in the form of Tata Altroz Racer which is expected to launch sometime in the mid June. It will be a performance focused version of regular Altroz.

Introduction
The i20 N-Line is a performance focused version of the premium hatchback from Hyundai. Apart from the exterior and aesthetics changes, it also gets a retuned stiffer suspension setup and a bit more precise steering for better driving dynamics and control.
Exterior & Design
In the exterior, it gets a number of new design elements like a redesigned front bumper with air curtains, redesigned rear bumper with dual exhaust, 16 inch diamond cut alloys, red colored skirtings on the sides as well as front.
Interior & Features
On the inside, the i20 N-Line gets sportier leather seats with chequered flag design & N logo. Also, its steering wheel is different from the regular i20 i.e. a 3-spoke unit with N logo along with long sportier paddle shifters.
Also, it comes with a red color interior ambient lighting instead of blue, perforated leather wrapped gear knob with N logo, metal pedals, etc.
Engine & Transmission
Hyundai offers the i20 N-Line with just 1 engine option. Its the 1 litre turbocharged gasoline direct injection petrol engine capable of producing a max power of 120 PS and a max torque of 172 Nm.
On the transmission front, it offers two options, a 6 speed manual gearbox and a 7 speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) automatic with paddle shifters.
Dimensions
It measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,775 mm in width, 1,505 in height and 2,580 mm in wheelbase.
Segment & Rivals
The i20 N-Line is a performance oriented version of the regular i20 in the premium hatchback segment. Until now, it had no direct rivals, but now the new Tata Altroz Racer is here as its direct competitor.

Hyundai i20 N-Line is priced between Rs 9.99 Lakh to Rs 12.52 Lakh (ex-showroom).
