Exterior & Design
As a premium offering from NEXA, the Maruti Grand Vitara comes with a number of NEXA signature design features like the 3 element DRLs and tail lamps. The bumper mounted headlamp unit offers a single bi functional projector LED. In the rear, the Grand Vitara gets connected taillamp design. From the side profile, the 17 inch diamond cut alloys and black cladding on the wheel arch give the SUV a butch & stylish look.
Interior & Features
With a number of advanced features, the Grand Vitara is one of the most well equipped SUV in the mid size segment. Some of these features include heads up display, wireless android auto/apple car play, wireless phone charger, etc.
On the infotainment front, it comes with Suzuki's 9 inch Smart Play Pro+ touchscreen and a seven inch drivers display in the strong hybrid variants.
For passengers comfort it also comes with front ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, 60:40 split folding rear seats, front & rear central arm rest, reclining rear seats, etc.
On the safety front, apart from standard safety features like ABS and EBD, it also offers active safety tech like ESP, traction control, hill hold, hill descent control, 360 degree camera, and TPMS including 6 airbags for passive safety.
Engine & Transmission
Maruti offers 2 powertrain options in Grand Vitara. Out of the two, the first one is a 1462 cc naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 103.06 PS of power and 136.8 Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox or a 6 speed torque converter automatic. Moreover, this powertrain option is also available with Suzuki's All Grip Select all wheel drive tech in combination with the 5 speed manual gearbox.
The second powertrain option is the 1490 cc naturally aspirated petrol engine with 177.6 V strong hybrid tech. This combination results in a combined power of 115.56 PS and a combined torque of 263 Nm. This powertrain option comes with only an e-CVT automatic transmission option.

Being a 4+ meter mid size SUV, the Grand Vitara measures 4345 mm in length, 1795 mm in width, 1645 mm in height and 2600 mm in wheelbase.
Variants & Colours
It comes in 7 mono tone colours and 3 dual tone colours with black roof. Also, there are 4 variants with the mild hybrid powertrain and 2 variants with the strong hybrid powertrain to choose from.
