Being based on Maruti's eVX concept showcased at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024, this electric SUV will likely get an all new exterior design. Being the first electric model by Maruti, it will likely come with modern design elements like connected full width taillamp, air curtains in front bumper, aero efficient alloys, c-pillar mounted rear door handles, a closed front grille, etc.

According to the recent spy images and videos, the eVX will likely offer a number of advanced features, most of which will be a first for a Maruti. Segment & Rivals
Once launched, it is most likely to compete with the likes of MG ZS EV, upcoming Tata Curvv/Azura EV and Hyundai Creta EV.
Expected Launch & Price
Previously, Maruti was expected to launch the eVX by the end of 2024 or in early 2025. However, according to recent media leaks, the launch of Maruti eVX might get delayed by up to 5 months due to battery supply and software issues. Therefore, now the Maruti eVX is likely to launch by the mid 2025.
On the pricing front, it will most likely be priced between Rs 20 Lakh to Rs 25 Lakh (ex-showroom), making it the second most expensive Maruti in India (Invicto being the most expensive).
