Honda QC1

The QC1’s design and build are focused on function and practicality. The scooter shares many resemblances with the Activa e, like a sleek front apron-mounted LED headlamp, a smiling DRL strip on the handlebar, a single-piece dual-tone seat, and a chunky pillion grab rail. The QC1 is available in five colour options, namely Pearl Serenity Blue, Pearl Misty White, Matt Foggy Silver Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, and Pearl Shallow Blue. The QC1 rides on 12-inch front and 10-inch rear alloy wheels, which results in a stable and comfortable riding experience. The flat floorboard on the QC1, along with minimal cuts and creases, makes the scooter appear family-oriented.

The Honda QC1 is loaded with convenient features. The scooter includes a 5.0-inch LCD instrument panel that displays essential information like speed and battery levels. A USB Type-C port is also provided to charge devices on the go. The QC1 offers an under-seat storage capacity of 26 litres. Additional features include riding modes, which are standard and econ, which allow riders to adjust power & efficiency to their liking. The QC1 also features all LED lighting for enhanced visibility & safety.

The QC1 features telescopic front forks and dual rear springs, which help in absorbing the irregularities during commutes. The scooter is also equipped with drum brakes on both ends for a safe urban commute. The flat floorboard and a low curb weight of approximately 90 kg make the QC1 simpler to manoeuvre in tight spaces and suitable for urban commutes.

The Honda QC1 is powered by a 1.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which offers an IDC range of 80 km on a single charge. The battery takes approximately 6 hours and 50 minutes using a 330-watt off-board charger with a faster option to charge from 0 to 80% in 4 hours and 30 minutes. The QC1 is equipped with a BLDC motor that delivers a power output of 1.8 kW & a torque of 77 Nm. The top speed is 50 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 40 km/h in about 9.7 seconds.
