• All listings may go through a review process and the approval of a listing will be at the discretion of CarBike360. Prospective buyers will see images after they are approved.
• An individual user can list only two cars as part of the free listings.
• As a Seller you certify that all information provided by you is true.
• Seller is alone responsible for completing and verification of the documentation part.

• Free listing plan is brought to you by Delente Technology Private Limited (“CarBike360”).
• CarBike360 reserves the right to alter any terms anytime.
• You authorise CarBike360 to call or SMS you.
• Disputes are subject to Gurugram jurisdiction only.
• Users must not misuse the platform.
