Latest Update
The Hero Xtreme 200S 4V is the latest offering from the Indian motorcycle manufacturer, which was launched in October 2021. The bike is an upgraded version of the previous Xtreme 200S, with a new four-valve engine, a redesigned headlamp, and a Bluetooth-enabled instrument cluster.
Introduction
It is a sporty and affordable bike that offers a comfortable riding position, a smooth and responsive engine, and a host of features. The bike is aimed at young and urban riders who want a stylish and versatile machine for daily commuting and occasional touring.
Variant and Color
It is available in only one variant, which is priced at Rs. 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The bike comes in three color options: Sports Red, Panther Black, and Pearl Fadeless White.
Engine and Power
It is powered by a 199.6 cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled, four-valve engine that produces 17.8 bhp at 8500 rpm and 16.4 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox and features Hero's Xsens technology, which optimises fuel injection and ignition for better performance and efficiency.
Fuel Efficiency and Tank Capacity
It claims to deliver a mileage of 47 kmpl, which is impressive for a 200 cc bike. The bike has a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres, which gives it a decent range of around 560 km on a full tank.
