The Hunter 350 launched six months ago, has sold more than 1 lakh units, with South Asian and European markets included in it.
In just six months, Royal Enfield has sold over 1 lakh Hunters, averaging 17,000 motorcycles sold per month. The Hunter 350 shares an engine with its 350s siblings, the Classic and the Meteor, but it is very different from those two bikes in terms of its chassis and geometry.
It has a smaller 17-inch cast alloy rims on both ends and a considerably sharper rake, which together help it feel much more nimble on its feet. The weight of the Royal Enfield Metro is 181 kg and 178 kg in Retro, for some people it may be a heavy bike but to its credit, once you get moving, the bike feels compact and easy to handle.
Between the two of them, the more expensive Metro is proving to be the model that is much more in demand.
All the bikes from Royal Enfield are heavyweight motorcycles and some people love them for their weight, but With the Hunter 350, Royal Enfield is targeting people who would have been intimidated by the heft of something like a Classic 350, Bullet 350 or a Meteor 350.
The new bike looks more modern and comes with new styling and more youthful paint options to choose from. Like all the other Royal Enfield bikes the Hunter comes with a wide variety of accessories to choose from, to make things clear and simple for the owner.
Would you pick up the Hunter 350 over the Bullet or Classic 350?
