The all-new Honda Amaze, launching December 4, 2024, boasts a sleek design, upgraded 1.2-liter engine, and enhanced features like a 9-inch touchscreen and ADAS.
On December 4, 2024, the third generation of the Honda Amaze is set to launch. Its elegant and forward-thinking design aims to raise the bar for sophistication and flair in its market.
The new Amaze has aerodynamic, streamlined lines and a striking, broad stance. With a large chrome bar linking the dual-pod LED headlamps above the grille, the front end design is quite similar to the contemporary Honda City. With its aggressively designed back bumper and wraparound LED tail lights, the rear design is a reflection of the city. The exterior drawing maintains a high-end sense while revealing a sporty and dynamic appearance.
To improve the driving experience, the cabin has been deliberately designed and is contemporary. Like the City, it has a three-spoke steering wheel and a cabin design of black and beige. With its free-standing touchscreen and blue lighting accents, the dashboard design is reminiscent of the latest Accord. The interior is roomy and sophisticated, with a sleek, comfortable design.
The reliable and well-known 1.2-liter four-cylinder petrol engine, which produces 90 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque, is anticipated to remain in the new Amaze. Both a CVT automatic transmission and a five-speed manual gearbox will be offered for this powerplant. The engine configuration upholds Honda's dedication to striking a balance between efficiency and performance in its series of small sedans.
A 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will be available in the new Amaze.
Six airbags, an electronic stability program (ESP), rear parking sensors, and a three-point seatbelt for every passenger are all standard. Higher variations may come with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
The new Amaze will include a flat-bottom steering wheel, cruise control, and automated temperature control. Additionally, it will incorporate a 360-degree camera, which is a first for its class.
On December 4, 2024, the new Amaze is scheduled to be on sale. It is anticipated that the new Amaze would start at about Rs 7.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
The new Amaze will compete with other subcompact sedans like the Hyundai Aura, Tata Tigor, and Maruti Dzire.
The upcoming new Honda Amaze promises to be a well-rounded and feature-rich compact sedan, designed to meet the evolving needs of Indian customers.
