As of January 2025, Honda recently unveiled the facelift model of the Honda City in India, which was previously revealed in Brazil. This model has several updates over the previous version, such as a redesigned grille with horizontal elements, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an electronic parking brake.

Introduction
Currently, in its 5th generation, Honda City still remains one of the most sought-after and popular mid-size sedans in India. Moreover, Honda also sells the City eHEV - the strong hybrid version of City in India.
Exterior & Design
The 5th-generation Honda City comes with more sophisticated exteriors with cleaner lines that make it a mature design. Also, being a timeless design, it will likely age well.

On the safety front, it comes loaded with electrochromic IRVM, TPMS, tyre deflation warning, ESP, traction control, hill hold, 6 airbags, light-sensing auto headlamps, rain-sensing auto wipers, and left lane watch camera.
It also offers Honda Sensing - a camera-based level 1 ADAS tech with features like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, auto emergency braking, etc.
Engine & Performance
Honda offers only one engine option with the City. It is the tried and tested 1.5 litre iVTEC naturally aspirated petrol motor mated to either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a CVT automatic transmission. Moreover, the 4-cylinder iVTEC motor generates 121 PS of power and 145 Nm of torque.
Dimensions
Honda City is one of the most spacious sedan in its class with a length of 4583 mm, width of 1748 mm, height of 1489 mm and a wheelbase of 2600 mm. Also, its boot space measures 506 litres.

Honda offers 4 variants in the City i.e. SV, V, VX & ZX. Moreover, customers can choose from 6 different colours i.e. Lunar Silver Metallic, Obsidian Blue Pearl, Radiant Red Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic & Meteoroid Grey Metallic.
