Kia India is taking another step into the MPV segment with the launch of the new Carnival next year. Until recently, the third generation Carnival sold in India was discontinued due to the end of its product life.

The price will be higher than the upcoming model. The brand will be bringing the yet-to-be-released fourth-generation Carnival to India, replacing the KA4 that was unveiled at the 2023 Auto Expo earlier this year. "We don't want old models to come to the Indian market. We want the best, latest models to be introduced here," Kia said.

The fourth generation Kia Carnival was introduced in India as the Kia KA4. Kia didn't call it Carnival, as the third generation MPV was still on sale at the time, the fourth generation Carnival (KA4) was sold abroad for approx. Yes, a three and a half year style refresh in the future.

The new Carnival coming to India will have many features and technologies as well as new designs. Kia is likely to get the new Carnival here via the CKD route, which will help keep costs under control, but expect a significant price increase over the third-generation Carnival.

Like the upcoming Carnival, it won't have direct competition from the next-gen MPV, but will have some competition to the likes of the Innova Hycross and will sit under the Toyota Vellfire, which will also be featured in the Indian model. to change. next few months
