Introducing the TVS Apache RTR Black Edition, the latest contender in the 160cc segment. Unleash its sleek design and impressive features.
Key Highlights:
TVS Motor, one of India's leading two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturers, has introduced a striking new Black Edition for its Apache RTR 160 2V and Apache RTR 160 4V models. This launch adds a sophisticated edge to the already popular bikes, positioning them as more aesthetically pleasing alternatives to competitors like the Bajaj Pulsar and Yamaha FZ. The starting price for these models is Rs. 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Apache RTR 160 2V, known for its affordability, now comes in an alluring Black Edition. This new color scheme enhances the bike’s appearance, giving it a blend of sophistication and aggression. The Black Edition joins an existing color palette that includes T-Grey, Matte Blue, Racing Red, Gloss Black, and Pearl White.
The Black Edition stands out with its stealthy and sticker-free design, offering a more refined look compared to the previous Gloss Black version, which had some stickers. Despite the aesthetic changes, the bike retains its mechanical components. It continues to be powered by a 159.7cc single-cylinder SOHC 2V air-cooled engine, producing 15.82 bhp and 13.85 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
Priced at Rs. 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom), the Black Edition is available only with the base model, which includes rear drum brakes but lacks Bluetooth connectivity and features a narrower rear tire.
The performance-oriented Apache RTR 160 4V also receives the Black Edition treatment. This model is now offered in a sophisticated Glossy Black color, which joins the existing shades of Lightning Blue, Matte Black, Knight Black, Metallic Blue, and Racing Red. The new color enhances the bike’s look without any stickers, maintaining a clean and elegant appearance.
Like its 2V counterpart, the 160 4V Black Edition’s changes are limited to its new color. Mechanically, it remains unchanged, powered by the same 159.7cc single-cylinder SOHC 4V oil-cooled engine that delivers 17.31 bhp and 14.73 Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
The Apache RTR 160 4V Black Edition is priced at Rs. 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available only in the base model, which does not include Bluetooth connectivity or the additional features found in the Special Edition, such as adjustable levers and colored alloy wheels.
The introduction of the Black Edition models enhances the TVS Apache RTR lineup, offering a fresh and sophisticated option for riders looking for a stylish and performance-oriented motorcycle in the 160cc segment.
