Hyundai Creta Facelift, boasts a bold design, advanced tech, and a potent 1.5L turbo petrol engine, challenging rivals in the mid-size SUV segment.
Revamped Design, Enhanced Features, and a New Turbo Petrol Engine to Elevate the Popular Mid-Size SUV
In an exciting development for the Indian car buyers, Hyundai is all set to unveil the much-anticipated Hyundai Creta Facelift in India on January 16, 2024. This revamped version of the popular mid-size SUV promises a host of upgrades, including a refreshed exterior, enhanced features, and the introduction of Hyundai's powerful 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine.
Exterior Makeover: A Bold New Look
The Hyundai Creta Facelift is expected to bring in a split headlamp setup with a novel twist – slimmer and vertically mounted headlamp cover. The rear profile will also undergo a substantial transformation, featuring larger tail lamps and the possibility of a full-width illuminated light strip, reminiscent of the stylish new Verna. The facelift is also rumored to ride on larger 18-inch alloy wheels similar to that of Hyundai Alcazar, adding a touch of sophistication to its overall aesthetics.
Interior Sophistication and Technological Advancements
Inside the cabin, Hyundai is set to elevate the driving experience with new padding and a fully digital and coloured instrument cluster. Just like the recently launched kia seltos facelift, Hyundai is likely to add level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) technology in the upcoming creta facelift. Popular features such as a panoramic sunroof, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, ventilated front seats, and the distinctive four-spoke steering are likely to be retained from the current model..
New Turbo Petrol Engine
The highlight of the Hyundai Creta Facelift lies under the hood, where the new 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine is certain to make its entry. Tuned to deliver an impressive 158bhp of power, this engine has already proved its caliber in other Hyundai models like the new Verna and Alcazar. The introduction of this powerful engine is expected to enhance the overall performance and driving dynamics of the Creta facelift.
Challenging the Competitors
When the Hyundai Creta Facelift hits the market in 2024, it is set to rival the mid size SUV segment competitors like the new Kia Seltos facelift, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, MG Astor, Skoda Kushaq, Honda Elevate, and Toyota Hyryder..
Verdict: As the countdown to the grand unveiling of Hyundai Creta facelift on January 16, 2024 begins, it would be interesting to see how Hyundai Motors India manages to set new benchmarks in design, technology, and performance in the extremely competitive mid-size SUV segment..
