Honda to launch new 100cc bikes in India on 15th March 2023.

Latest Honda 100cc Bike to be Launch on 15th March: Splendor Rival

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) announced that it will bring out a latest 100cc bike on 15th March 2023. Although the two-wheeler manufacturer hasn’t disclosed its name and details yet, it revealed that the model will be high on mileage.

This bike is expected to occur with a smaller capacity engine. Currently, Honda has two 100cc motorcycles - CD110 Dream DLX and Livo -powered by a 109.51cc, single-cylinder engine. The maximum power made by the motor is 8.7bhp at 7,500rpm and 9.3Nm of torque at 5,500rpm.

The new Honda 100cc bike will compete against the Hero Splendor Plus which has 8bhp, 97.2cc engine. It boasts a claimed mileage of over 65 kmpl with a 4-speed gearbox. The new Honda 100cc bike is anticipated to cost between Rs 60,000 and Rs 70,000.

Honda 100cc Bike Teaser

On March 2, 2023, the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer will introduce a new CB-Series motorcycle. Based most likely on the Honda H'ness CB350 and CB350 RS, the vehicle will be a café racer.

Dealers across the nation recently saw demonstrations of both bikes. The Café Racers sport complete LED illumination, a rear cowl, a bikini fairing, and other blacked-out features. The bicycles have a Bluetooth-enabled instrument cluster that is semi-digital.

A 348cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that complies with RDE and BS6 II pollution standards will be the engine of choice for the new Honda Café Racer bikes. The motor's 5-speed transmission allows it to produce a maximum torque of 30Nm and 20.8bhp.

Both models are equipped with front and rear disc brakes along with the dual-channel ABS (antilock braking system). Suspension setup will include telescopic front forks and twin rear springs unit. The new Honda Café Racer bikes will compete against the Royal Enfield 350 and Jawa 42.
