Latest Update: The BMW M3 CS is the most powerful M3 series luxury car that BMW has ever produced. The M3 CS is powered by the German carmaker’s BTM race car engine and packs special chassis modifications for top-end performance on roads. However, the BMW M3 CS 4-door is available in select international markets, but there is no confirmation if this M3 series BMW car will arrive in the Indian market.
The M3 CS is powered by an S58 twin-turbocharged straight-six engine that makes up 542 bhp, about 40 bhp from other M3 models, and 640 Nm of peak torque. This engine is also seen in the M4 GT3 race car and has received several modifications for better power delivery.
As per available data, the BMW M3 CS can sprint 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and has an electronically clocked top speed of about 302 km/h. The luxury sedan from the renowned German automaker gets 19-inch front and 20-inch rear alloy wheels along with carbon ceramic braking units. Its M-spec alloy wheels are specially wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S track-ready rubber tires.
Price & Rivals
If BMW considers launching its M3 CS sedan in the Indian market, it could be priced from Rs 1.5 crore, ex-showroom. Under this price range, the luxury performance sedan will see tough competition from the Mercedes AMG C 63 S, Audi RS 5, and Aston Martin Vantage.
