Introduction
The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 is a cruiser motorcycle that was launched in India in November 2023. It is based on the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, but features a larger and more powerful 648cc parallel-twin engine that also powers the Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650.
Variant and Color
The standard variant of the Super Meteor 650 is available in five colour options - Astral Black, Astral Blue, Astral Green, Interstellar Grey, and Interstellar Green. The Tourer variant, which comes with a tall windscreen and a pillion backrest, is available in two colour options - Celestial Red and Celestial Blue.
Engine and Power
It is powered by a 648cc air-cooled, fuel-injected, SOHC parallel-twin engine that produces 46.3 bhp at 7250 rpm and 52.3 Nm at 5250 rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch.
Fuel Efficiency and Tank Capacity
The Super Meteor 650 has a claimed fuel efficiency of 23.7 kmpl (ARAI) and a fuel tank capacity of 15.7 litres. This gives it a theoretical range of over 370 km on a full tank of fuel. The fuel tank has a curvy shape with 3D logos and chrome accents.

Wheel Size and Weight
This bike motorcycle has alloy wheels that are shod with tubeless tyres. The front wheel size is 19 inches, while the rear wheel size is 17 inches.
The tyre sizes are 100/90-19 at the front and 130/70-18 at the rear. The kerb weight of the Super Meteor 650 is 241 kg, which makes it one of the heaviest bikes in its segment.
