Introduction
Shotgun 650 is a tribute to the custom culture and the self-expression of riders. It features a chopped rear fender design, a different headlight cowl, a flatter handlebar with bar-end mirrors, mid-set footpegs, and twin blacked-out and slightly upswept peashooter exhausts. The bike also has a unique feature that allows it to transform from a single seater to a double seater, to a weekend tourer and back, in minutes.
Variant and Colour
It will be offered in only one variant with dual-channel ABS as standard. The bike will come in four colour options: Black, Red, Blue and Silver. The body panels of the bike are custom-designed and hand-painted with a gradient and neon detailing that gives it a futuristic look.
Engine and Power
Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 is powered by the same 648cc parallel-twin engine that powers the Super Meteor 650. The engine produces 47.65 PS of power at 7250 rpm and 52 Nm of torque at 5250 rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch.
Fuel Efficiency and Tank Capacity
It has a fuel tank capacity of 15 litres. The fuel efficiency of the bike is not officially revealed yet, but it is expected to be similar to the Super Meteor 650, which delivers around 25 kmpl.
Features
It comes with a digital-analog instrument cluster that displays speed, odometer, trip meter, fuel gauge, gear position indicator, clock and service reminder. The bike also has an LED headlight with DRLs, LED tail light, LED turn indicators, hazard lights and USB charging port.
Wheel Size and Weight
This motorcycle will ride on 18-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. The front tyre size is 100/90-18 and the rear tyre size is 130/70-18. The bike has a kerb weight of 240 kg, which is slightly less than the Super Meteor 650.

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 will compete with other cruiser bikes in the same price range, such as the Zontes GK350, the Honda CB350RS and the Jawa Perak.
