10 Upcoming Cars in India in March 2023

In March 2023, a number of new cars are expected to be released, including the Honda City 2023, Mercedes-Benz EQA, Tata Harrier 2023, Mahindra XUV700 6 Seater, Hyundai Nexo, Honda Compact SUV, Hyundai Stargazer, Maruti Swift 2023, Hyundai Verna 2023 and Tata Safari Red Dark Edition.

Additionally, the Toyota GR Corolla, Ford Mustang S650 and Hyundai Ioniq 7 are expected to be released in 2023. These cars will feature a variety of new technologies and features such as hybridization, weight reduction and improved safety features.

Honda City 2023

Mid-size sedan 2023 Honda City will get a mid-life redesign in March 2023. It will be equipped with revamped front and rear bumpers, new alloy wheels, and interior features such as an 8.0-inch touchscreen.

The Honda City Facelift will be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine, developing 119 bhp power and 145 Nm torque, mated with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT unit.

Additionally, the Honda City E: HEV (Hybrid) variant is slated to launch in March 2023. The Honda City Facelift is likely to cost more than the current model, which is priced between Rs 11.87 lakh - Rs 15.62 lakh.

Mercedes-Benz EQA

The 2023 Mercedes EQA is due for a facelift, with changes concentrated at the front. This includes revisions inspired by higher-class models, such as a new style of front bumper and grille.

The interior will feature an updated MBUX system with newer features, while the steering wheel design will be new. The 2023 Mercedes EQA will also pack efficiency improvements and subtle design changes.

The EQA is powered by an asynchronous motor and single-speed reduction gear transmission and can reach up to 500km on a single charge according to Mercedes.

It also features autonomous emergency braking, a blind spot info system, electronic stability control (ESC), folding wing mirrors, daytime running lights, power-adjustable front seats with memory function and heated seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Tata Harrier 2023

The 2023 Tata Harrier is expected to receive a facelift, with several changes to the interior and exterior. These changes could include a reworked grille, new bumpers, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system replacing the current 7-inch unit.

The facelift is also expected to include a digital instrument cluster, 360-degree camera, and ADAS safety tech such as auto-emergency braking.

It is rumoured that the facelift will be launched in May 2023 in the price range of ₹ 15.00 - 22.00 Lakh. The introduction of the new petrol version could bring down the base price of the SUV.

The 2023 Tata Harrier facelift is anticipated to bring with it many updates and new-age features such as improved quality of infotainment system, new-age safety features, and more. Customers are advised to wait for the facelift as it could offer better value for money than the existing model.

Mahindra XUV700 6-seater

The 2023 Mahindra XUV700 6 Seater SUV is expected to launch by March 2023. It is expected to come with the latest generation Electronic Stability Program.

The XUV700 6 Seater is likely to receive minor changes in the form of a facelift in the coming months or early 2023, though no major visual updates are expected. It may gain some new technologies and features for the interior.

Mahindra & Mahindra introduced the XUV700 as a replacement for the XUV500 in India late last year and it has become a tremendous success for them. The imminent arrival of the XUV700 SUV will give Mahindra’s 49 dealers – many of them regional – a serious boost in 2023.

The 2023 CR-V is powered by either a turbocharged 1.5L four-cylinder engine or a hybrid powertrain. It has fresh exterior styling, a roomier interior with more refined materials, and four trim levels: EX, EX-L, Sport Hybrid, and Sport Touring Hybrid.
