Check out the new upcoming cars in India in march 2023. Their Expected price, Specification and launch date.
In March 2023, a number of new cars are expected to be released, including the Honda City 2023, Mercedes-Benz EQA, Tata Harrier 2023, Mahindra XUV700 6 Seater, Hyundai Nexo, Honda Compact SUV, Hyundai Stargazer, Maruti Swift 2023, Hyundai Verna 2023 and Tata Safari Red Dark Edition.
Additionally, the Toyota GR Corolla, Ford Mustang S650 and Hyundai Ioniq 7 are expected to be released in 2023. These cars will feature a variety of new technologies and features such as hybridization, weight reduction and improved safety features.
Mid-size sedan 2023 Honda City will get a mid-life redesign in March 2023. It will be equipped with revamped front and rear bumpers, new alloy wheels, and interior features such as an 8.0-inch touchscreen.
The Honda City Facelift will be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine, developing 119 bhp power and 145 Nm torque, mated with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT unit.
Additionally, the Honda City E: HEV (Hybrid) variant is slated to launch in March 2023. The Honda City Facelift is likely to cost more than the current model, which is priced between Rs 11.87 lakh - Rs 15.62 lakh.
The 2023 Mercedes EQA is due for a facelift, with changes concentrated at the front. This includes revisions inspired by higher-class models, such as a new style of front bumper and grille.
The interior will feature an updated MBUX system with newer features, while the steering wheel design will be new. The 2023 Mercedes EQA will also pack efficiency improvements and subtle design changes.
The EQA is powered by an asynchronous motor and single-speed reduction gear transmission and can reach up to 500km on a single charge according to Mercedes.
It also features autonomous emergency braking, a blind spot info system, electronic stability control (ESC), folding wing mirrors, daytime running lights, power-adjustable front seats with memory function and heated seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The 2023 Tata Harrier is expected to receive a facelift, with several changes to the interior and exterior. These changes could include a reworked grille, new bumpers, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system replacing the current 7-inch unit.
The facelift is also expected to include a digital instrument cluster, 360-degree camera, and ADAS safety tech such as auto-emergency braking.
It is rumoured that the facelift will be launched in May 2023 in the price range of ₹ 15.00 - 22.00 Lakh. The introduction of the new petrol version could bring down the base price of the SUV.
The 2023 Tata Harrier facelift is anticipated to bring with it many updates and new-age features such as improved quality of infotainment system, new-age safety features, and more. Customers are advised to wait for the facelift as it could offer better value for money than the existing model.
The 2023 Mahindra XUV700 6 Seater SUV is expected to launch by March 2023. It will come with 4 engine-transmission combinations and tentative ex-showroom prices ranging between Rs. 12.60 lakhs and Rs. 18.00 lakh. The XUV700 6 Seater will have seating for up to 6 occupants and will feature a 26.03 cm infotainment system, a 17.78 cm cluster, smart door handles, and steering-mounted switches. It is expected to come with the latest generation Electronic Stability Program.
The XUV700 6 Seater is likely to receive minor changes in the form of a facelift in the coming months or early 2023, though no major visual updates are expected. It may gain some new technologies and features for the interior.
Mahindra & Mahindra introduced the XUV700 as a replacement for the XUV500 in India late last year and it has become a tremendous success for them. The imminent arrival of the XUV700 SUV will give Mahindra’s 49 dealers – many of them regional – a serious boost in 2023.
The 2023 Hyundai Nexo is a hydrogen fuel cell-powered crossover SUV with an electric motor rated at 161 horsepower and 291 pound-feet of torque. It has an estimated range of 380 miles and zero emissions and is available solely in California. It was created to promote a connected, free, and clean tomorrow.
The 2023 Honda CR-V is a good compact SUV, earning a spot on Car and Driver's 10 best Trucks and SUVs list for its smooth handling, smart interior styling, and available hybrid powertrain. It has grown slightly in size with a roomier, more upscale interior including new tech features and an improved infotainment system.
The 2023 CR-V is powered by either a turbocharged 1.5L four-cylinder engine or a hybrid powertrain. It has fresh exterior styling, a roomier interior with more refined materials, and four trim levels: EX, EX-L, Sport Hybrid, and Sport Touring Hybrid.
It comes in four colours: Dragon Red Pearl, Magnetic Silver Metallic, Midnight Black Pearl and Creamy White Pearl.
The vehicle is powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated gasoline motor and is available with three variants at launch.
The interior of the Hyundai Stargazer has a modern design, with an instrument cluster featuring two analogue dials for the speedometer and tachometer as well as an eight-inch infotainment system borrowed from Kia. Prices for the vehicle start at P998,000* for the base GL IVT variant.
In India, the Hyundai Stargazer is expected to launch in March 2023 with prices starting from ₹ 10 Lakh (approximately)
The Maruti Suzuki Swift 2023 is expected to launch in India around March 15, 2023, with an estimated price of Rs 6 Lakh. It will have an all-new design inside-out and will retain the current 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated 90 engine. It is a 5 Seater seater car, with an ex-showroom price starting from Rs. 5,84,432 in India. The all-new Suzuki Swift will make its global debut in the second quarter of 2023, between March to May.
The Hyundai Verna 2023 is an upcoming D1-segment Sedan with seating for up to 5 occupants. It is expected to launch by March 2023 and its price starts at ₹ 9.11 Lakhs and goes up to ₹ 15.36 Lakhs (Ex-showroom). It will take on the Honda City 2023, Skoda Slavia, Volkswagen Virtus and Maruti Suzuki Ciaz.
The Tata Safari Red Dark Edition is a bold, sophisticated and dynamic SUV designed to exude elegance with distinct design elements. It has a price tag of Rs 22 Lakh in India and comes with Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) technology. It is expected to come with two engine-transmission combinations with tentative ex-showroom prices ranging between Rs. 17.00 lakhs and Rs. 22.00 lakhs.
