E-C3 is an all new EV being developed by Citroen in order to broaden its electric car line-up. It is an electric hatchback that will get a new platform from Stellantis. Citroen is expected to launch the E-C3 to India in Feb 2023.

The fuel type for Citroen eC3 will be electric and it will have a seating capacity for 5 people. The battery capacity will be 29.2 kWh and the warranty will be for 2years or 40,000 Km whichever comes first.
While the model C3 which is on sale is based on PSA Group’s PF1 platform, the new-generation C3 will utilize Stellantis’ CMP architecture. And as a result of that, its electric equivalent, the E-C3, will also use the same platform. The new E-C3 is expected to have an identical exterior styling to the upcoming C3 as far as the design is concerned. The upcoming E-C3 will have a sizable touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, and a wireless charging pad. It will have a cruise control along with a leatherette upholstery for the seats. The details about the battery pack and electric motor are not available yet. As per the latest information, the E-C3 is expected to share an electric powertrain with the Vauxhall Corsa-e and Peugeot e-208. It might get a 40-50kWh battery pack with a single motor setup.
Mercedes-Benz EQE will have the E-Class equivalent features and it will be an all-electric executive sedan that was unveiled at the 2021 Munich Motor Show. A part of the Mercedes-Benz EQ family, it features a unique design that will be loved by all.

Along with that, there are angular daytime running lights, and the most advanced Digital Light headlamp technology. Like the EQS, the EQE also comes equipped with the MBUX Hyper-screen setup which has three large displays. Apart from that, it gets electronically adjustable seats with massage, good ventilation and heating functions. There is a wireless charger, ADAS, a panoramic sunroof, airbags, multi-zone temperature control, USB ports, rear roller sun blinds and ambient lighting and more.
The French automaker, Third model of Citroen by the French Automaker was found testing the country. This vehicle appears to be an elongated version of the C3 hatchback.

The upcoming Citroen compact SUV will have a split headlamp setup, sporty roof rails, and squared wheel arches. The vehicle will also get aerodynamic ORVMs with turn indicators on the higher variants. The lower variant will have steel wheels. The interior details of Compact SUV are likely to be the same as that of the C3. The features will depend on the variant and the vehicle will offer a digital instrument cluster, 10-inch touchscreen infotainment, height-adjustable driver seat, along with a dual-tone interior theme. The Citroen compact SUV will be powered by the existing 1.2-litre NA and Turbo petrol engine options. Currently, these engine options are have a manual transmission and it is expected that the company will introduce an automatic option at the time of launch.
Post launch, the Citroen compact SUV will rival the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and the Kia Sonet.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny was showcased in India in January 2023 at the Auto Expo. The launch is expected in the mid of 2023. It is yet to be seen whether Maruti will offer the three-door or five-door version of the eagerly awaited SUV.

The fuel type will be Petrol and CNG with a seating capacity of 4 people. Engine size will be 1462 cc. Transmission options will be Automatic and Manual. The size expected is 3985 mm L X 1645 mm W X 1720 mm H with a 40 L Fuel Tank and ground clearance of 210 mm. The Jimny five-door will be available in two variants namely Zeta and Alpha. The Maruti Suzuki Jimny is a grand four-seater SUV. It has circular LED headlights with a washer. There are fog lamps fitted in the bumper, five-spoke 15-inch alloy wheels along with a wide wheel arch. There will be a spare wheel mounted on the tailgate. The SUV is offered in seven exterior colours including Sizzling Red, Pearl Arctic White, Nexa Blue, Blackish Blue, Granite Grey, Sizzling Red with bluish roof, and a Kinetic Green with black roof.
On the inside, it has a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a rectangular black dashboard along with circular AC vents. There are steering-mounted controls and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Maruti Suzuki Jimny will have a 1.5-litre K15B gasoline engine that produces 103bhp and 134 Nm of torque. It will have a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission. The power is sent to all the four-wheels via the brand’s AllGrip Pro 4x4 system which also has a low-ratio gearbox. The SUV will be equipped with two front airbags, four side airbags, ABS with EBD, side-impact door beams, and ISOFIX.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny five-door will rival the Mahindra Thar five-door and Force Gurkha five-door.
Compact SUV Fronx was unveiled by Maruti Suzuki at the Auto Expo 2023. Maruti Fronx will be offered in five variants Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha.

On the outside, the compact SUV looks sporty and stylish, and it carries a coupe-like C-Pillar. At the rear, the SUV gets a LED strip running across the width of the car along with signature LED block tail lights. The Fronx can accommodate five people and comes in six monotones and three dual-tone colours. The monotone colours will include Nexa Blue, Arctic White, Grandeur Grey, Earthen Brown, Opulent Red, and Splendid Silver. The dual-tone colour options will be Earthen Brown with Bluish Black, Opulent Red with Bluish Black, and Splendid Silver with Bluish Black. On the inside, the Fronx will have a dual-tone theme, a nine-inch Smart-Play Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system along with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and heads-up display. It will have a flat-bottomed three-spoke steering wheel, and more than 40 intelligent connected car features. The Fronx compact SUV will be available in two petrol-engine options, the 1.2-litre K-Series and the 1.0-litre K-Series turbo petrol engine. The turbo engine is comes in five-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmission options.
On the safety front, the Fronx gets six airbags, ABD with EBD, ESP with hill hold assist and rollover mitigation, brake assist, and ISOFIX.

MG Motor will be introducing a new small EV for the Indian market. The new model is expected to be launched in the first half of 2023 and will be positioned below the ZS EV.

There will be an engine start/stop switch, and an auto-dimming IRVM. The five-door Thar is expected to be powered by petrol and diesel options that will have manual and automatic transmissions.
The Honda City facelift was spotted in Pune, Maharashtra and that gave a hint that the carmaker has started developing an updated version of its popular sedan. The carmaker will launch the new facelift in India sometime early in 2023.

Volkswagen will introduce the electric crossover, ID.4 GTX in India in early 2023. The new Volkswagen ID.4, a SUV from Volkswagen, is expected to be launched in India in July 2023.

The electric crossover measures 4.5-meters in length with a wheelbase of 2.7-meters. On the outside, the ID.4, even in the GTX guise, features a familiar VW crossover design language. At the rear, it has a single bar tail lamp, sharply raked rear glass, and a vertically layered design for the various elements. It will have a dual-tone shade of red and black and will ride on a set of 20-inch alloy wheels. On the inside, the cabin comes equipped with a touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with a digital driver’s display. It will have leather upholstery, two-zone climate control, good lighting, power and ventilated front seats, and a 3three-spoke steering wheel.
The ID.4 GTX will be powered by a 77 kwh battery pack that produces 300 bhp and will deliver power to all the four wheels. Depending on the variant, the electric crossover will get a range between 334 km to 463 km.
