This year too Honda made to the top scooters of 2022 along with the two TVS scooters driving most traffic to the website. Have a look at the list of top 5 scooters of the year.
Only a few hours separate us from the year 2023. We felt it would be enjoyable to take a look back at the highlights of 2022 even though we hope the new year offers more happiness and positivity. No, we are not referring to the incredible food and vacation photos that will appear on your annual Instagram recap. Here, we're talking about the top five 2022 scooters according to Carbike360’s study. TVS and Honda made to the top scooters again.
It's not surprising that TVS and Honda products make up the entirety of this list. After all, both of these companies have had some success with their scooter versions in India. The TVS Jupiter 125, one of the most useful and feature-rich everyday family scooters, takes the fifth spot on this list.
The posh Honda Dio outperformed the Jupiter 125 in terms of popularity by a wide margin. The Dio, despite sharing the same platform as the Activa 6G, is designed for those seeking a more modern and fashionable phone, particularly in terms of looks. The Honda Dio has been attracting a lot of netizens to its model page on Carbike360 and has also been doing well in terms of sales.
This year, the smaller 110cc TVS Jupiter model fared better than its larger 125cc sibling. That makes sense given that the former has been on the market for a longer period of time. It is the Honda Activa's closest rival in India and more cost- and mileage-effective in comparison.
The TVS Ntorq 125 was the second most searched for product on in 2022, despite not being the best-selling item in its category. This year, its product page received over 2.7 million visitors, mostly as a result of the intriguing upgrades TVS keeps providing it with on a regular basis. The company released the Ntorq 125 XT model this year, which is arguably the most feature-rich 125cc scooter you can buy.
Every month, the Honda Activa 6G not only tops the sales rankings for scooters in India, but it also draws the most traffic to our website. The Activa 6G outperformed other scooters by a wide margin with over 3.2 million views to its product page. It has long been a household name in India and has played a significant role in Honda's success in our nation for more than 20 years.
CarBike360 always keeps you up to date on the latest updates, news, reviews, new innovations, sales reports, and all things automobile. So, if you're looking for a platform where you can get relevant information about vehicles, this is the place to be. Stay tuned for new updates.
