Electric Vehicles (EVs)

A major contributor to Tata's Passenger Vehicle section is still the EV lineup. Compared to 4,761 units sold in November 2023, total EV sales for November 2024 totaled 5,202 units, a 9.26% YoY increase. This increase demonstrates the growing demand for Tata's electric vehicles, such as the Nexon EV and the newly released Curvv EV.

Exports

Exports in the PV segment saw a sharp 28% YoY decline, with only 54 units shipped in November 2024, down from 75 units in November 2023. The decline underscores the challenges in global markets for Tata's passenger vehicles.

Upcoming Plans

In the future, Tata Motors is preparing to introduce updated models of the Tiago and Tigor in early 2025. Additionally, both ICE and EV versions of the highly anticipated 2025 Tata Sierra will be available for purchase. In light of the Curvv's favorable market reception, Tata also intends to launch other variations.
