The new Suzuki e-Access, named after the brand's successful 125cc petrol scooter, is aimed at families with its simple look and practical features. The new Suzuki e-Access will compete with Honda Activa e, Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube, Ather Rizta, Ola S1, and others in the electric scooter segment. Additionally, the Gixxer SF 250 will compete against the Honda CB300F in India.
Suzuki e-Access is powered by a fixed 3.07 kWh LFP battery pack which the company claims its total range of 95 kilometers (IDC-certified). Talking about the motor, it has a 4.1 kW electric motor that produces 5.4 bhp and 5 Nm of torque at peak. It has a top speed which is limited to 71 kmph.
Moreover, the battery takes approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes to charge from 0 to 80 percent, while a full charge takes 6 hours and 42 minutes using a 240-watt portable charger. Additionally, if you use a fast charger, then it will take a total time of just 1 hour and 12 minutes for 0-80 % and 2 hours and 12 minutes for 0-100%.
The Suzuki e-Access is an entirely new platform. It features telescopic forks in the front and swingarm suspension in the rear.
