Revolt Motors has opened the bookings for the new and advanced version of Revolt RV400.
Created for the smart world, Revolt’s electric bike, RV400 has given a thrilling experience to the motorcycle lovers over the last few years.
Revolt Motors is the next-gen mobility company that has introduced India’s first AI-enabled motorcycle without compromising on the performance or the aesthetics that are associated with a regular ride.
The Revolt RV400 was introduced in the year 2019, but the bookings of RV400 were closed by Revolt Motors for the last few months as the company had a huge backlog of reservations. They were working on the orders that were yet to be delivered to the customers. But now, Revolt has started accepting bookings for RV400.
The Revolt RV400 can be booked by making a payment for the token amount of Rs 2,499 online, on the company’s official website. One can also make the booking offline by visiting their nearest Revolt dealership. Currently there are 35 dealerships of Revolt Motors across 22 states in the country.
The electric motor of the bike comes with a Lithium Ion battery pack. The warranty of the battery is 8 years or 1.5 lakh km whichever comes earlier.
The battery range of the RV400 is 150 Km on being fully charged.
The Revolt RV400 has three riding modes and may be operated in one of three modes. The riding modes are Eco, Normal, or Sports. The Eco mode gives the scooter a peak speed of 45 kmph with a range of 150 km. The Normal mode gives the scooter a top speed of 65 kmph and a range of 100 km. In sports mode, the Revolt RV400 has a peak speed of 85 kmph and gives a riding range of 80 kilometres.
Revolt RV400, the electric bike is available in 2 variants and has 3 colour options in India - Cosmic Black, Mist Grey, Rebel Red.
The price of the Revolt RV400 electric motorcycle is Rs 1.25 lakh, ex-showroom which is exclusive of the state government subsidies.

Revolt RV400 does not have an option of a manual transmission gearbox. The bike gets a 3KW electric motor that is powered by a swappable 3.24kWh lithium-ion battery pack and works in conjunction with an automatic transmission.
This Bike comes loaded with The new industry defining Combination Braking System (CBS), an anti-lock braking system which is very important from a safety point of view. Stopping power is provided by 240 mm discs at the front and rear, which are controlled by the Combination-braking system. Braking power is acceptable for the speeds that the bike is capable of, and regenerative braking adds a bit more fuel to the batteries with each lever grip.
RV400 comes with MRF tyres that will always keep the grip and torque of the bike glued to the ground. The RV400 has a safety side stand which makes the motorcycle engage with its rider only after the stand goes back to its closed position
RV 400 is equipped with a Digital Odometer, Digital Speedometer, Digital Tachometer and Self Start Only Start Type.
The RV 400’s unique selling point is that it brings to you four sounds in a motorcycle, that is broadcast through a speaker and is controlled through the MyRevolt App.
The Revolt RV400 has a regular motorcycle design that includes headlamp and a tail-lamp. There is an ODO, tank and comfortable seating arrangements. It has been designed keeping the Indian roads in mind. The wheel, suspension, and mufflers are common as the regular petrol-engine bikes. Here, the headlamp is nicely designed with LED DRL and there is a dedicated projector setup.
Revolt RV400 comes with a revolutionary charging ecosystem that consists of multiple methods that can be used to charge the motorcycle.
The Revolt RV400 is powered by a 72V 3.24kWh lithium-ion battery. It takes around 4.5 hours to charge the battery completely when connected to a 15A socket. In order to charge it, the rider just needs to plug the motorcycle's charger into a standard 15A power socket and the bike will start getting charged.
