Hyundai Grand i10 Nios: Affordable, feature-rich hatchback with a slight price increase. Versatile options and eco-friendly choices maintain appeal.
Hyundai India has recently announced a revision in the prices of its popular hatchback, the Grand i10 Nios, effective from January 2024. The revised prices apply to selected variants of the model, and customers will now experience adjustments in the pricing structure. Here we will see into the details of the price changes, providing a comprehensive overview of the adjustments made by Hyundai.
The base variant, Era 1.2 Kappa MT, of the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios witnesses the most substantial price increase in this revision. Priced at Rs. 5.92 lakh (ex-showroom), this variant now experiences an additional cost of Rs. 7,950, reflecting the brand's adjustments in response to the market dynamics.
While the Era variant sees a noteworthy increase, Hyundai has opted to keep the prices unchanged for some specific variants. The Sportz Executive 1.2 Kappa MT, Magna 1.2 Kappa CNG MT, and Sportz Executive 1.2 Kappa AMT continue to maintain their existing price points, providing a stable pricing structure for these sought-after variants.
The Sportz 1.2 Kappa CNG MT variant experiences a minor adjustment with a price hike of Rs. 50. Despite the marginal increase, Hyundai aims to balance the pricing of this variant to align with market trends while maintaining its competitiveness in the segment.
For the majority of the Grand i10 Nios variants, including the Sportz Executive 1.2 Kappa MT and others, a uniform price hike of Rs. 4,950 has been implemented. This strategic move by Hyundai ensures a balanced and consistent pricing strategy for these models.
As a result of these adjustments, the entry-level variant of the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios is now priced in the range of Rs. 5.92 lakh to Rs. 8.56 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom). The revised pricing aims to strike a balance between offering quality and features while addressing the economic factors influencing the automotive industry.

The selective adjustments in pricing, along with the maintenance of stable prices for key variants, indicate Hyundai's strategic approach to stay agile in a rapidly evolving automotive landscape. As customers explore the enhanced offerings of the Grand i10 Nios, these price revisions underline Hyundai's dedication to delivering exceptional value in the hatchback segment.
