Ola Electric has teased the upcoming Roadster X ahead of its February 5 launch. Prices are expected to start at INR 74,999 for the 2.5 kWh variant, with more details on specs and features to be revealed soon.

As the launch date of the much-anticipated Ola Roadster is close to us consumers, Ola Electric has teased their new Roadster X on their social media handles. While the global premiere took place in August 2024, the prices of the Roadster X were revealed to be INR 74,999 (ex-showroom) for the 2.5 kWh variant.

The actual prices of the said variant are to be released on the 5th of February.

What’s To Be Expected

With the launch of Ola Electric’s Roadster X and their hope of regaining the lost market along with significantly boosting sales, A certain 2.5 kWh, 3.5 kWh, and 4.5 kWh were revealed by the Ola Electric at their global debut in August 2024.

The base price of the Roadster X at that point in time was advertised to be around INR 74,999 with a 2.5 kWh battery pack, INR 84,999 with a 3.5 kWh battery pack, and INR 99,999 with a 4.5 kWh battery pack. The actual price and specifications are yet to be determined.

Ola Electric has promised 11 kW of peak power with the Roadster X, which is approximately 14.75 bhp. Anticipated top speed is around 124 km/h along with a promised sprint of 0-40 km/h in 2.8 seconds. The real specifications, again, are to be announced on 5th February.

What We Know

The edgy exterior design of the Roadster X will not have changes, as the design aims to attract potential young customers. Other significant features of the Roadster X include LED headlights, LED DRL, a 4.3-inch LCD cluster, a front disc brake, 18-inch alloy wheels, RSU telescopic front suspension, and dual shock absorbers at the rear.
