As stated by Komaki Electric, the arrival of the two new electric scooter models has extended the brand's catalogue profile to eight models out of which four will be launched this year itself. With this development, the EV brand's profile in India has grown to eighteen fast and smart EVs plus two e-rickshaws.
Komaki Electric has launched two high-speed electric two-wheelers - Komaki LY scooter priced from Rs 88,000 (ex-showroom) and Komaki DT 3000 e-scooter priced Rs 1.22 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards. With these, the electric vehicle manufacturer from Delhi has introduced their third and fourth newest products in the country.
With this development, the brand's total EV profile in India has grown to eighteen fast and smart EVs plus two e-rickshaws. According to the company, the arrival of these two new models has stretched the brand's catalogue profile to eight models out of which four will be launched this year itself.
According to Ms Gunjan Malhotra, Director of Komaki Electric Division, "After receiving an overwhelming response from the buyers, we are motivated to bring 2 latest EVs - LY that has anti-skid feature and the Z DT 3000 that features a special battery."
The Komaki LY e-scooter color options are black, grey and red. The high-speed e-scooter houses a Lithium Ferro phosphate cell that helps produce an average of 80-90km in one charge. The LY scooter has 12" inch wheels fitted with disc brakes on both ends, while the front side gets telescopic absorbers and the rear gets hydraulic absorbers.
Also, the LY model will set a standard in the EV industry, because it would be the first e-scooter in India, to get an anti-skid feature, that's aimed at the commuter or economy category of riders.
On the other hand, the Komaki DT 3000 e-scooter can be fully charged in four to five hours through a basic 15amp socket. The high-speed DT 3000 color options are black, blue, grey and red. The DT 3000 scooter's power is generated from a strong BLDC motor of 3000 Watt that has patented modern 52AH, 62V lithium cell. It marks a top speed of 80 kmph and can ride 180-220 kms in one charge.
