Among the highlights is the XUV.e9, a sleek coupe version slated for launch in 2025. Excitement has grown as Mahindra secures a design patent for the XUV.e9, revealing its distinctive features and hinting at a thrilling blend of style and performance.

The design patent filing unveils the XUV.e9 as one of the sportiest models in Mahindra's upcoming EV portfolio. The coupe's aesthetic prowess is evident in the prominent bonnet, C-clamp shaped DRLs, and aerodynamic body panelling. Spotted test mules confirmed the design, showcasing the dominance and road presence that the XUV.e8 and XUV.e9 promises. Both models are built on the new INGLO platform, emphasizing a revolutionary design language without compromising the Mahindra's commanding presence on the road.

The XUV.e9 boasts signature C-clamp shaped LED DRLs seamlessly connected with a full-width LED element, enhancing its distinct visual appeal. Noteworthy is the chiselled, diamond-like surfacing across the bonnet, fenders, and door panels, contributing to a sophisticated and futuristic look while potentially reducing air resistance. The coupe profile, coupled with these aerodynamic features, suggests a low drag coefficient for the XUV.e9, promising benefits such as faster acceleration, higher top speed, and an extended range.
Anticipation surrounds the XUV.e9's comprehensive range of advanced tech features, including sleek ORVMs with integrated turn signals, likely camera-based units connected to the SUV’s ADAS system. The coupe will also feature flush door handles and sporty alloy wheels designed for enhanced aerodynamics. Inside, a glimpse of the interiors reveals a triple 12.3-inch screen setup covering almost the entire width of the dashboard, ensuring both functionality and a clutter-free design.
In terms of performance, the XUV.e9 is expected to be equipped with an 80-kWh battery pack, delivering a robust 300 bhp through a dual-motor setup with AWD. The coupe's top speed could reach 200 km/h, while its range is estimated at an impressive 500 km.
