Honda Motorcycles, the Japanese automobile giants which entered the Indian market back in 2001 from Manesar and have established them well in this industry. Known for their scooters, the Honda Activa series which came out to be the top selling scooter of 2021 despite the sudden popularity of electric scooters.
They are also known for their popular commuter bikes like CB shine in 125cc segment which was ahead of its time with its sleek design and eye catching graphics is still one of Honda’s top selling bike along with bikes like CB unicorn which is its another best selling bike in the commuter segment.
And last year Honda launched Honda H’ness CB350 in there cruiser bikes segments to compete with bikes like Royal Enfield classic 350 and as seen it’s worth the price with features like dual channel ABS and mileage of 45.8 kmpl providing an efficient experience in city riding. Honda Also launched the H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition in start of December 2021. Both H’ness CB350 and H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition comes with a price tag of 1.94 lakhs and 2.03 Lakhs respectively , which comes off as a little expensive then its other competitors.

Honda CBR650R:

This newly launched sports bike by Honda is catching the eye a lot of sports bike lovers due to its aerodynamic looks which gives off a super bike feel to it. The bike is provided with a fuel tank capacity of 15.4 litres. The bike weighs 211 kgs with a powerful engine of 649cc, four-cylinder, liquid-cooled and a peak torque of 57.5Nm at 8,500rpm.
In terms of design it is inspired from its 2020 model but the reflector profile headlights are something new to be seen in this model. CBR650R consist of split style saddle , twin pod headlights and a transparent windshield. It lacks on features such as connectivity options, TFT display and IMU-based rider-based electronics. It is compared to bikes like Kawasaki Ninja 650 in terms of strength and performance. At this price point Honda CBR650R is a good option to consider if you are looking for a sports bike in this segment.
CB300R:
Launched in January 2022 Honda CB300R naked sports bike is another option for the riders. The overall design has been kept intact updates like a black headlamp bezel (for black colour variant), all-LED lighting, a blue backlit LCD dash on the instrument console and a USB charging port are some differentiating points in 2022 model. Provided with a fuel tank capacity of 10 litres, and total weight of the bike is 143kg. All these features combined with the engine performance makes this a fun city- streets ride. Its 286cc BS6 complaint engine generates a peak torque of 27.5 Nm. This bike will compete in the segment of bikes like Duke 390, BMW G310R. Currently the price point of Honda CB300R is 2.41 Lakhs, it is a considerable option for the riders.

Honda CB150R:
Expected to be launched in the second half of 2022, this Neo Sports Café Racer designed bike is set to compete against Yamaha MT-15. We can expect to see features like Dual channel Anti-lock Braking Systems, LED headlights and taillamps, LCD multifunction instrument console, stylish alloy wheels and more with give the bike a premium look. The expected price of Honda CB150R is in between 1.45-1.50 lakhs.
Honda Rebel 300:
Honda is launching is much anticipated bike to add to its cruiser segment. In terms of design the comfortable upright position and a higher handle bar makes it a good ride in longer drives. Expected features like Dual channel ABS are standard, digital meters and engine with strength of 286cc. The rowdy ride will certainly boost your confidence in rides. The Honda Rebel 300 is expected to cost around 2.30- 2.50 lakhs.
