The Venue Knight Edition is priced from Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 13.48 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in four monotone and one dual-tone colour options.
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has launched a new variant of its popular compact SUV, the Venue Knight Edition. The new variant is based on the top-spec S (O), SX, and SX (O) trims and comes with 23 unique features that enhance its design, performance, and convenience.
The Venue Knight Edition is priced from Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 13.48 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in four monotone and one dual-tone colour options.
The Venue Knight Edition is the second model after the Creta SUV to get this special edition. The main highlight of the new variant is the black theme that dominates the exterior and interior of the SUV. The front grille, Hyundai logo, roof rails, shark-fin antenna, outside rear-view mirrors (ORVMs), alloy wheels or wheel covers, and skid plates are all painted in black, creating a bold and sporty look.

The black theme is contrasted by brass-coloured inserts on the front and rear bumpers, front wheels, and roof rails. The SUV also gets red front brake callipers, dark chrome rear Hyundai logo and Venue emblem, and a Knight emblem to signify its exclusivity.
The interior of the Venue Knight Edition also follows the black theme with brass-coloured highlights. The seat upholstery, dashboard, door panels, steering wheel, and gear knob are all black with brass-coloured stitching or accents.
The SUV also gets a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, wireless phone charger, electric sunroof, automatic climate control, cruise control, rear AC vents, air purifier, and smart key with push-button start.
The Venue Knight Edition is powered by two petrol engine options - a 1.2-litre Kappa engine that produces 83 PS of power and 114 Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission; and a 1.0-litre turbocharged engine that produces 120 PS of power and 172 Nm of torque, mated to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).

The Venue Knight Edition competes with other compact SUVs such as Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Ford EcoSport, Nissan Magnite, and Renault Kiger in the Indian market.
The Venue is one of the best-selling models for Hyundai in India and has sold over 2 lakh units since its launch in May 2019. With the launch of the new variant, Hyundai aims to attract more customers who are looking for a stylish and feature-rich compact SUV.
