Honda is contacting affected owners individually through various means, and customers can also check their vehicle's status by entering the VIN on the Honda BigWing website.

Honda has not disclosed the total number of affected vehicles. All replacements will be carried out free of cost, regardless of the motorcycle's warranty status, at Honda BigWing dealerships across India.
This is not the first recall for Honda's 350cc models. In December of the previous year, a recall was issued for CB350 and CB350RS due to issues with the brake light and bank angle sensor.
Owners of potentially affected motorcycles are encouraged to check their vehicle's status and follow Honda's instructions for the recall process. The company's proactive approach aims to address these issues before they can lead to any safety concerns or performance problems.
