Honda has launched updated City and City Hybrid models with BS6-II compliance, offering improved features and fuel efficiency for the Indian market.
Honda has breathed new life into the Indian automotive market with the launch of the updated Honda City and City Hybrid. These sleek models not only offer a host of exciting new features, but also meet the strict BS6-II emission regulations. Get ready to hit the road in style and with a clear conscience!
Starting with its exterior, the new Honda City boasts a sporty and stylish design that is sure to turn heads. The front grille features a diamond chequered flag pattern that exudes a bold and confident personality. The newly designed front bumper with a carbon-wrapped lower molding, sporty fog lamp garnish, and new rear bumper with a carbon-wrapped diffuser add to the car's athletic charm. The body-colored sporty trunk lip spoiler and newly designed R16 dual-tone diamond-cut multi-spoke alloy wheels complete the car's sporty look. The Obsidian Blue Pearl color is a new addition to the City's fascinating and distinctive color palette.
The petrol version of the new Honda City now comes equipped with Honda Sensing, an advanced driver-assist safety technology that alerts drivers to potential accidents and can intervene to mitigate a collision or lessen its severity. The City e:HEV, which already comes with Honda Sensing, now has an additional feature of "Low-Speed Follow" in its Adaptive Cruise Control function. The Lead Car Departure Notification System is a new addition to Honda Sensing, providing drivers with visual and audible alerts when the preceding vehicle starts moving in situations like traffic lights and junctions.
The new Honda City also offers advanced connectivity features such as Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an improved infotainment system with new background and colors, remote control operation via a smartphone application, improved rear camera, and a wireless charger. The City e:HEV also features a carbon fiber pattern instrument panel assistant side garnish finish, piano black surround finish on all AC vents, and piano black garnish on the steering wheel.
