Stay ahead of the curve with leaked images of the highly anticipated Hero Xtreme 125R, coming soon.
Key Highlights:
Hero MotoCorp, the leading Indian two-wheeler manufacturer, is set to kick off the new year with a bang as it introduces the highly-anticipated Mavrick 440 on January 23. This bold move by the brand is aimed at expanding its consumer base by venturing into a new segment with the powerful 440 cc engine.
In a strategic move to fortify its presence in the Indian market, Hero MotoCorp is also gearing up for the launch of a new motorcycle, the Hero Xtreme 125R, positioned to compete with popular models like the TVS Raider and Bajaj Pulsar NS 125.
While the spotlight has been on the Mavrick 440, details about the Xtreme 125R have been kept under wraps by the auto major. However, the brand's efforts to maintain secrecy were thwarted as leaked images of the motorcycle surfaced online, offering a sneak peek into its design.
According to the leaked images, the Hero Xtreme 125R boasts an aggressive and sporty design. The headlamp showcases the brand's new stylistic direction, featuring sharp angles housing LED lights and elongated indicators on either side. Moving towards the rear, the motorcycle sports a muscular fuel tank, in line with earlier spy shots of test mules.
The color options for the Xtreme 125R include a striking combination of blue, grey, and black, further enhancing its visual appeal.
In terms of specifications, the new motorcycle is expected to feature a telescopic front suspension and a rear mono-shock. Braking duties will be handled by a front disc brake and rear drum brakes, with expectations of the front disc brake being equipped with ABS for enhanced safety.
The Hero Xtreme 125R will be powered by a 125 cc air-cooled engine, a reliable choice borrowed from the brand's previous models. The engine is anticipated to produce 11.5 bhp of power and 10.5 Nm of peak torque, coupled with a 5-speed gearbox.
As for pricing, industry insiders suggest that the Hero Xtreme 125R is likely to be competitively priced around Rs 95,000 in the Indian market, making it an attractive option for riders looking for a dynamic and affordable entry-level motorcycle.
With these exciting developments, Hero MotoCorp is poised to make a significant impact in the two-wheeler market, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of Indian consumers. The official unveiling of the Mavrick 440 and the subsequent launch of the Xtreme 125R are eagerly awaited events that are expected to shape the company's success story in the coming year.
