TVS Motors has unveiled the 2025 Ronin at the MotoSoul 4 event in Goa, featuring new color options and enhanced safety features. Set to launch in January 2025, this neo-retro motorcycle combines style, safety, and performance.
TVS Motors has revealed a new TVS Ronin 2025 edition at the MotoSoul event, held in Goa. The motorcycle will launch with new updates including new color options and improved safety features. According to the latest insights, the 2025 Ronin will be launched in January 2025. So, without further ado, let’s have a quick overview of the motorcycle.
The new Ronin showcases a striking design that includes classic elements with modern aesthetics. It features a rounded LED headlamp and a stylish fuel tank that enhances its retrospective flavor. Talking about the new colors, the motorcycle includes Glacier Silver and Charcoal Ember. However, the designers replaced previous Delta Blue and Stargaze Blue color options. The overall design and build of the motorcycle maintain the Ronin’s unique character while ensuring riding comfort and convenience.
The engine of the new Ronin is the same 225.9 cc oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine, that delivers the power of 20.4 PS at 7,750 rpm and a peak torque of 19.93 Nm at 3,750 rpm. This engine is controlled by a 5-speed transmission with an assist and slipper clutch for smooth and prompt gear shifts. The performance of the model is further boosted by its 41 mm upside-down front forks and rear mono-shock absorbers with adjustable preload.
The 2025 TVS Ronin is equipped with advanced features catered for modern riders. It includes a digital instrument cluster with SmartXconnect Bluetooth connectivity and navigation for added connectivity and convenience. Safety is prioritized with the introduction of a dual-channel ABS system on mid-variants, while base variants will feature a single-channel ABS. Additionally, the bike also includes features such as multiple riding modes, glide-through technology, and all-LED lighting for better visibility.
This bike is designed for better rider comfort with an upright riding position with a ground clearance of 181mm and a seat height of 795 mm, making it accessible for riders with different heights. In addition to height, the motorcycle's lightweight frame with a total kerb weight of 159 kg provides agility and the forward-positioned footrest provides soothing comfort on long journeys.
The pricing for the 2025 TVS Ronin starts at approximately Rs 1.35 lacs for the base variant and it goes up to Rs 1.73 lacs for the top variant (ex-showroom). The motorcycle will be available in three variants namely SS (base model), DS (mid-variant), and TD (top model) for customers with different preferences and budgets.
The 2025 TVS Ronin will face off against popular motorcycles such as the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and Jawa 42, both of which offer different features appealing to similar target audiences.
The new TVS Ronin will officially launch in January 2025, with booking expected to open shortly before the release date.
With its blend of retro styling, modern technology, and competitive pricing, the 2025 TVS Ronin is set to capture the attention of motorcycle enthusiasts when it hits the market next month. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach its official launch!
