The Skoda Kodiaq RS, with its bold design, advanced features, and mysterious powertrain, promises a thrilling and luxurious driving experience.
The Czech automaker recently unveiled the latest generation of its popular Kodiaq SUV, introducing a range of updates and enhancements. Following this global reveal leaked images of the sportier 'RS' variant have emerged, providing a tempting glimpse into what promises to be an even more dynamic driving experience.
The Skoda Kodiaq RS stands out with its distinctive design elements, setting it apart from the standard version. The blacked-out grille, ORVMs, and pillars contribute to a bold and aggressive appearance. Notable visual enhancements include a smoked effect on the LED headlamps, dual exhaust tips, RS badges on both the grille and tailgate and larger alloy wheels featuring striking red brake calipers.
One of the highlights of the Kodiaq RS is its revamped exterior, characterized by aggressive front and rear bumpers that exude a sportier vibe. The larger redesigned alloy wheels not only enhance the SUV's aesthetics but also hint at improved performance. Skoda has carefully crafted a visual identity for the RS variant, ensuring it captures attention on the road.
Inside the cabin, the Kodiaq RS is expected to boast an array of cutting-edge features. A large 13.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system takes center stage, complemented by an all-digital instrument cluster featuring a new user interface. Additional interior highlights include an Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) suite, a 360-degree surround camera, dual-zone climate control, and a panoramic sunroof, promising a luxurious and tech-savvy driving experience.
While the exterior and interior details are making waves, the powertrain specifications of the Skoda Kodiaq RS remain shrouded in mystery. No official announcements have been made regarding the engine and performance specifications. However, enthusiasts can expect a substantial boost in power output compared to the standard Kodiaq, ensuring a thrilling and dynamic ride.
As of now, there is no indication that the Skoda Kodiaq RS will make its way to the Indian market. However, Skoda enthusiasts in India can take solace in the fact that the new generation of the Skoda Kodiaq is set to make its debut in late 2024. With its refreshed styling, enhanced features, and the promise of advanced performance, the new-gen Kodiaq is poised to make a strong impression on SUV aficionados in the country.
