Citroen Basalt debuts on August 9, offering a competitive edge in the SUV Coupe segment. With a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine and cutting-edge technology, it's poised to challenge luxury brands.
Citroen about to launch its first SUV Coupe Basalt tomorrow on 9th of August. The Citroen Basalt will compete directly with the Tata Curvv in the expanding SUV Coupe segment. Till now almost most of things have been confirmed for this car and in this article you can see all the specification and features that has been revealed.
The Citroen Basalt is equipped with a digital instrument cluster that offers vibrant displays, ensuring that essential information is always clearly visible to the driver. The infotainment system boasts a 10.25-inch touchscreen, providing advanced functionalities to enhance the driving experience. For comfort, the Basalt includes front and rear armrests, complete with cup holders and a phone holder, as well as Type-C charging ports to keep devices powered on the go.
In terms of convenience, the vehicle offers wireless charging, cruise control, and automatic climate control to ensure a comfortable and seamless ride. Connectivity is also a strong feature, with support for wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, allowing for easy integration with smartphones.
The Citroen Basalt is equipped with a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine, capable of delivering 109 bhp and up to 205 Nm of torque. This powerful engine is paired with versatile transmission options, allowing buyers to choose between a 6-speed manual transmission for a more engaged driving experience or an automatic torque converter for ease and convenience.
