Bajaj has increased the pricing of its Pulsar 180 Dagger Edge model by Rs 3,456. As a result, the ex-showroom pricing of the vehicle stands at Rs 1,13,363 compared to the earlier price of Rs 1,09,907.
The Bajaj Pulsar Dagger Edge - Appearance
The Bajaj Pulsar 180 Dagger Edge gets a halogen headlight and a set of twin DRLs. The muscular fuel tank is its characteristic feature, and so is its split seat combination. The vehicle also features a semi-digital instrument cluster to add to the style quotient. Four color variants are available on the market, comprising Sparkle Black, Pearl White, Volcanic Red, and Sapphire Blue.
The Bajaj Pulsar Dagger Edge – Mechanicals
This motorcycle runs on a potent 178.6cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, petrol engine capable of generating 16.8bhp @ 8500rpm and torque 14.52Nm @ 6500rpm. The BS6-compliant engine links to a 5-speed gearbox.
Bajaj Pulsar – A popular brand
The Bajaj Pulsar is a popular model as the company has released various variants in the past. The line-up includes exciting models like the Pulsar 220F, Pulsar 180, and the Pulsar 150. However, most of its variants look similar apart from small, subtle changes to the exterior appearance.
Similar to the 180 Dagger Edge, the Pulsar 220F is available in four colors. However, the 220F has a more powerful engine that delivers 20.1bhp @ 8500rpm and 18.55Nm torque @ 7000rpm.

Bajaj Pulsar has extensive domestic competition from Honda Hornet 2.0, Hero Xtreme 160R, and the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V.
