The 2024 Kia Carnival is set to relaunch in India this festive season. Explore its new features, hybrid options, and modern design.

2024 Kia Carnival Launch Date Revealed: Check Out Specification and Features

Kia Motors is gearing up to reintroduce its Carnival MPV to the Indian market this festive season. The carmaker has officially announced the launch of two new models on October 3. This marks the fourth generation of the Carnival in India, after the previous generation was discontinued in 2023 due to its inability to meet the BS6 Phase 2 emission standards. The upcoming model, which was showcased as the KA4 during the Auto Expo in January last year, promises several upgrades and a fresh design.

Assembly and Launch Details

The 2024 Kia Carnival is expected to be introduced to India as a Completely Knocked Down (CKD) unit, meaning it will be assembled locally using imported components. This model has already seen launches in global markets, where it has been praised for its updated styling, revamped interior, and the introduction of a hybrid powertrain option.

The Expected price of the New 2024 Carnival will be around ₹ 40 lakhs.

Exterior Design

The 2024 Carnival boasts a bold and sleek exterior design. It features a vertical nose, a wide grille accented with chrome highlights, and vertical headlamps equipped with L-shaped daytime running lamps. The rear profile is characterized by an LED light bar connecting the tail-lamps, along with a combination of matte black plastic and faux silver trim on the rear bumper.
