The 2024 Honda Grom 125 impresses with a stylish makeover, upgraded accessories, and reliable performance, enticing riders with its versatile charm.
Honda's Grom 125, a beloved mini bike with a versatile design catering to daily commuting and sports riding, has received a facelift in its latest 2024 iteration. While the mechanical aspects remain unchanged, the focus has shifted towards enhancing the bike's visual appeal.
The 2024 model showcases alterations in the headlight cover, side cover, and shroud, giving the Grom 125 a distinct and modern appearance. Available in two striking color options – Pearl Horizon White and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic – riders can now choose the style that matches their preference.
The Pearl Horizon White variant boasts a mix of black and white, making it stand out on the streets. The golden finish on the USD forks adds a touch of sportiness to the bike. On the other hand, the Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic variant exudes a stealthy charm with its all-black theme and contrasting light grey elements on specific panels and the exhaust tip.

In addition to the updated design, Honda offers new accessories for the 2024 Grom 125. Riders can now customize their bikes with options such as a Type C USB socket, seat bag, saddle bag, rear carrier, under cowl, meter visor, and knuckle guard.
While the 2024 Grom 125 maintains its mechanical integrity, it continues to be a compact and lightweight option for riders. With a length of 1,760 mm, width of 720 mm, and a weight of 103 kg, the Grom 125 is suitable for both urban commuting and mild off-roading adventures.
Powering the bike is a 123cc, air-cooled engine delivering 10 PS of maximum power and 11 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The bike's impressive mileage of 67.8 km/L, along with 12-inch wheels and disc brakes equipped with single-channel ABS, ensures a reliable and efficient riding experience.
Although Honda patented the Grom 125 in India in 2021, there are currently no plans for its launch in the country. The miniMOTO lineup, which includes the Grom 125, has seen success in other markets with options like the Honda Monkey, Super Cub, and Trail 125. While the Navi faced challenges in the Indian market, consumer preferences may evolve, potentially opening the door for the Grom 125 in the future. Honda's miniMOTO range continues to offer diverse options for enthusiasts seeking compact and versatile rides.
