Key Highlights:
2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS400: Bajaj Auto has recently released a new teaser of its upcoming motorcycle, Bajaj Pulsar NS400. In the latest teaser, the design language of the bike is visible and the company has also confirmed that it will launch the NS400 on 3rd May. The NS400 will be positioned as a flagship product in the Pulsar lineup. The upcoming Pulsar NS400 will derive its powerhouse from the Dominar 400. Curious to know more about the naked beast? Check out more details below.
The latest teaser shared by Bajaj reveals that the NS400 gets the same alloy wheels as other Pulsar models. It is expected that the NS400 will be available in two colour options- white and black. There’s also an “NS” badging on the fuel tank which gives an elegant look to this bike. Some other confirmed specs of the upcoming NS400 include USD front forks, an updated digital instrument cluster and dual-channel ABS.
As confirmed by the teaser, the upcoming NS400 will have USD forks which will enable a smoother and safer riding experience. However, the bike will come with dual-channel ABS, but it will also have ABS modes like- On/Off, Road and Rain.
Some of the major features on offer with the NS400 include a digital instrument cluster supporting Bluetooth connectivity and a turn-by-turn navigation feature. Bajaj has also ensured road safety by providing traction control already seen on NS200.
According to reports, the Bajaj Pulsar NS400 will get the same 373cc liquid-cooled engine that powers the Dominar 400. This powerhouse generates the maximum power of 40 bhp and a peak torque of 35 Nm on the Dominar 400. Bajaj is expected to retune this unit a little bit to match it with the Pulsar’s legacy. Transmission duties are handled by a 6-speed manual unit which comes paired with a slip and clutch assist.
The anticipation surrounding Bajaj's forthcoming Pulsar NS400 is palpable, and rightly so. With a design language hinting at elegance and performance, coupled with features like USD forks, dual-channel ABS with multiple modes, and a digital instrument cluster boasting Bluetooth connectivity and navigation, it's poised to be a compelling addition to the Pulsar lineup. Utilizing the Dominar 400's proven engine, albeit tweaked for Pulsar's legacy, ensures a blend of power and refinement.
