Key Highlights
Exterior & Design
With the recent facelift, the Harrier now looks more butch and bold. In the front, it gets a connected LED lightbar design with LED DRLs. The headlamps are bi-functional LEDs with LED fog lamps. The rear too gets connected LED design.
Moreover, its turn indicators come with dynamic swipe function and the connected LED DRLs & tail lamps offer animated welcome and goodbye function. The side profile of the Harrier is dominated by the 18 inch alloys in the top end trim and 19 inch alloys in the dark edition.
Interior & Features
The interior of the new facelifted Harrier feels as premium as its exterior. With soft touch material used on the top of the dashboard, it comes with premium finishes. Tata has equipped the Harrier with some of the best & first in segment features like 12 inch touchscreen infotainment system, 10.25 inch fully digital and customizable instrument cluster, dual zone climate control AC, ventilated front seats, electrically adjust driver seat, multi colour ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, electric parking brake, etc.
On the passive safety front, the Harrier comes with 7 airbags, including a driver side knee airbag. For active safety, it offers ESP, traction control, hill hold, hill descent control, brake disc wiping, roll over mitigation, TPMS, etc. Moreover, it also comes equipped with level 2 ADAS with 1 camera + 3 radar configuration, thus enabling longitudinal as well as lateral control/ADAS features like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, etc.
Engine & Transmission
Tata offers just one engine option in the Harrier. Its the Fiat sourced Kryotec 2 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine which comes mated to either a 6 speed manual gearbox or the Hyundai sourced 6 speed torque converter automatic transmission. The engine produces 170 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque.
Variants & Colours
It is available in 15 different variants and 7 different colours to choose from. The 7 colours include a dark edition along with Harrier's signature colour Sunlit Yellow.
Dimensions
Based on the OMEGA Arc platform (Optimal Modular Efficient Global Advanced Architecture) - a derivative of Land Rover's D8 platform, the Tata Harrier measures 4,605 mm in length, 1,922 mm in width, 1,718 mm in height, and 2,741 mm in wheelbase. Moreover, it offers a boot space of 445 litres.

Being the flagship model from the house of Tata (along with Safari), the Harrier competes with the likes of Mahindra XUV700, Mahindra Scorpio-N, Jeep Compass, MG Hector, etc.
