The Kinetic Group based in Pune, brought the Italian two-wheeler manufacturer Fratelli Boselli Mondial brand to the Indian automotive market through its Motoroyale franchise. The present portfolio of Mondial motorcycles are manufactured by Piaggio Group, which also owns and retails the Aprilia and Vespa brands in the country, but the bike’s specifications are exclusively owned by Mondial.

Mondial has been planning to introduce three additional models with varied engine capacities in its portfolio from the period between the years 2017 and 2023.

FB Mondial company in India was producing only one bike, hence the FB Mondial product portfolio and bike model line-up in the country consisted of only one sports bike - FB Mondial HPS 300 which is popular in Italy but did not gain the same recognition in India. FB Mondial Brand Brief & History: MotoRoyale via Kinetic Group had launched Italian motorcycle FB Mondial HPS 300 scrambler priced at Rs 3.37 lakhs in India.

FB Mondial started business operations in 1936 in the European country of Italy and has carried a glorious history with motorbikes, along with a great racing legacy in the 1950s.

But due to a financial crisis, the bike manufacturer had to close its activities in 1957, but the brand was revived later in 2014 by launching 2 lesser displacement motorbikes such as the Hipster 125, based on which FB Mondial HPS 300 was launched - it was a 250cc Scrambler type motorcycle. The Italian Mondial carried out the production of the HPS 300 bike on-site at MotoRoyale’s factory in Ahmednagar area of Maharashtra.
