How to get Tyre Insurance

Car Tyre Insurance
Tyre Protection in Car Insurance

Tyre protection is an extra feature in car insurance that helps cover the cost of replacing your car's tyres. You can add this coverage to a comprehensive car insurance policy or a standalone Own Damage(OD) cover by paying a little extra. Basic insurance plans don't cover tyre damage so it's a good idea to get tyre protection to better protect vehicles.

Tyre Protection Add-On Cover

Tyres are crucial for your car but often face the most wear and tear due to rough road conditions. Regular car insurance usually doesn't cover tyre damage which is why it's a good idea to get tyre protection add-on.

This add on can be added to a standalone own damage or comprehensive car insurance policy for extra cost. It covers the repair and replacement of damaged tyres, as well as any labour costs involved in these processes.

What is all covered by the tyre protection add-on?
